BookMay Business

Run bookings, staff, messages, and shop rules from one merchant app.

BookMay Business is the merchant side of BookMay. It helps service businesses manage shop profiles, services, staff, opening hours, day offs, booking approval, manual bookings, customer messages, reviews, and QR store access.

Hong Kong-first Merchant operations Appointments, reservations, classes

Less scattered chat. More confirmed, trackable bookings.

Merchant workflow

A practical operating layer for service businesses.

BookMay Business focuses on the day-to-day controls a shop needs after customers discover it in BookMay: accurate listing data, bookable services, staff capacity, customer communication, and clear booking records.

Set up the shop

Maintain the shop profile, logo, cover images, gallery, phone, address, visibility, store code, and private access rules.

Design availability

Configure services, staff, opening hours, day offs, booking duration, capacity, approval rules, and cancellation cutoff settings.

Manage bookings

Review pending requests, confirm bookings, add manual bookings, track status, and keep customer notes and business notes organized.

Follow up

Use inbox messages, unread counts, review replies, and support records to keep customer communication connected to the booking.

Shop control

Keep listing details and booking rules consistent.

Businesses can keep customer-facing details aligned with their real operations, including service names, prices, staff availability, phone numbers, addresses, cancellation cutoffs, and private shop access.

Daily operations

Handle real bookings without losing the conversation.

BookMay Business links booking status, customer notes, business notes, chat messages, reminders, and review follow-up so teams can avoid searching through scattered messages.

Business responsibility

Built for platform use, not for replacing business compliance.

BookMay Business helps organize bookings, but each business remains responsible for its own service descriptions, prices, licences, permits, customer handling, deposits, refunds, tax obligations, staff access, and lawful handling of customer data.

Business accounts must be created and operated only by authorized owners, managers, or representatives. If a user registers another merchant's shop, creates fake or malicious bookings, misdirects customers, or uses another merchant's name, logo, address, phone number, staff details, or services without authority, KitVa may suspend or ban the account, withhold refunds or credits where legally permitted, preserve records, notify affected parties, and take legal action.
