Business accounts are for authorized owners, managers, or representatives only. Fake shop registrations, impersonation, malicious bookings, or use of another merchant's identity can lead to suspension, permanent account bans, no KitVa refund or credit where legally permitted, and legal action.
Booking design
The form adapts to the service type.
A hair studio, clinic, restaurant, class, pet service, photographer, and repair shop do not need the same booking form. BookMay supports category-aware labels, optional party size, staff preference, service selection, and custom questions.

Designed around local booking habits and language needs.
The current data model defaults to Hong Kong, HKD, +852, and Asia/Hong_Kong time, with Traditional Chinese and English supported across the apps and this website.
