Arrival
End User License Agreement
This EULA forms part of the Terms and governs your use of the software.
1. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Arrival on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by Apple’s App Store terms and the applicable Terms.
2. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app except where allowed by law
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where allowed by law
- Do not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
- Do not remove proprietary notices
3. Updates
We may provide updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required for continued use.
4. Third-party materials
The app may interact with Apple services and other third-party components. Third-party terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Termination
This license continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach the applicable Terms or this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it.
6. Apple acknowledgements
- This EULA is between you and us, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
- If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price in accordance with its policies
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you
7. Export controls
You may not use or export the app except as authorized by applicable export control laws and regulations.
8. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
9. Entire agreement
The applicable Terms, this EULA, and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding your use of Arrival.
