Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Arrival, you agree to these Terms and the Arrival Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Arrival does

Arrival helps you set a destination, track trip progress, and receive an alert when you are near your destination. If you grant permissions, Arrival may use location, including in the background during active tracking, plus notifications and optional Live Activities to provide this functionality.

3. No account required

Arrival does not require you to create an account. Some preferences and location history may be stored locally on your device.

4. Permissions and your responsibilities

Location. If location access is limited or disabled, tracking and alerts may not function correctly.

Notifications. Notifications are strongly recommended because Arrival relies on alerts to notify you near your destination.

Device conditions. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including GPS accuracy, signal or network availability, device volume or silent settings, Focus modes, notification settings, battery level, Low Power Mode, and iOS limitations.

5. Safety disclaimer

Arrival is not a safety product and is not guaranteed to wake you in all circumstances. Do not rely on Arrival in situations where failure to alert could result in harm, legal issues, or financial loss. You remain responsible for your travel choices, timing, and personal safety.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app in violation of any law or regulation
• Do not circumvent paywalls, entitlement checks, or security features
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the app, its performance, or other users’ access

7. Intellectual property

Arrival and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive only a limited license to use the app.

8. Third-party services

Arrival may use Apple technologies and services, including MapKit, iOS location services, notifications, and Live Activities. Your use of those services may be subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

9. Premium features, purchases, and subscriptions

Arrival may offer Premium access through the following:

• 3-month auto-renewing subscription
• 1-year auto-renewing subscription
• Lifetime access as a one-time purchase

Auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Lifetime access. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Arrival app and its availability on the App Store, not the lifetime of the user or any specific device.

Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

10. Changes to the app, pricing, and Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, including features, Premium offerings, and pricing. We may also update these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrival is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tracking, alerts, ETA or progress, or map results will be accurate, timely, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Arrival.
