Refund Policy

1. App Store products

Arrival may offer Premium access through App Store products such as a 3-month auto-renewing subscription, a 1-year auto-renewing subscription, or lifetime access as a one-time purchase.

Prices, taxes, currency, billing dates, renewal status, purchase restoration, and refund timing may depend on Apple, banks, card networks, and applicable App Store rules.

2. Apple billing and refunds

Purchases and refund eligibility for App Store transactions are handled by Apple under Apple policies. KitVa cannot directly refund App Store transactions unless Apple provides a specific mechanism for us to do so.

3. Subscription cancellations

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until cancelled. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings or Apple's subscription-management flow. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Access after cancellation

If you cancel a subscription, you generally retain access until the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's platform rules. Cancellation normally stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period.

5. Lifetime access

Lifetime access, if offered, means the lifetime of the Arrival app and its availability on the App Store, not the lifetime of the user, any specific device, or any third-party platform. Refund eligibility remains subject to Apple policies.

6. Fraud, abuse, and mistaken payments

We may refuse, delay, reverse, set off, or investigate discretionary credits, support adjustments, or non-App-Store refund requests where we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, account compromise, policy breach, entitlement manipulation, or mistaken payment.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights that apply to a transaction.
