iWalkie Refund Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
1. Current release
The initial iWalkie release described on this site does not advertise a paid subscription or paid in-app feature. If you have not completed a charge through Apple, there is no iWalkie payment for KitVa Limited to refund.
2. Apple processes App Store transactions
If iWalkie is sold for a price or offers a paid App Store transaction in the future, Apple will process the payment, issue the receipt, and control the refund workflow. KitVa Limited does not receive or store your full App Store payment-card details.
3. Requesting an Apple refund
For a transaction billed by Apple, submit the request through Apple's Report a Problem service or the purchase-support route available for your Apple Account. Apple determines eligibility, timing, payment reversal, and any effect on the related entitlement under its policies and applicable law.
4. Technical issues
If a technical issue prevents iWalkie from working as expected, contact KitVa support with the device type, operating-system version, app version, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send passwords, Apple credentials, authentication tokens, or private channel codes. Support can investigate the app, but cannot approve or issue an Apple refund.
5. Future direct payments
If KitVa Limited later offers an iWalkie purchase outside Apple's billing system where permitted by law, the checkout terms shown before that transaction and any mandatory consumer rights will govern its cancellation and refund. This policy will be updated if the payment model materially changes.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
